About the co-founder

Casey is the co-founder and managing partner at Provident Global Advisors. He founded the firm in 2017 in response to a need he witnessed first hand in many of the companies he worked for and with. Most companies run very lean, and as a result seldom have the executive coverage to handle unforeseen events, attack new growth opportunities, or step out of the day-to-day to provide a fresh and new perspective. Having access to world-class talent when it is needed, for as long as it is needed is an innovative solution for companies looking to thrive in today’s demanding business environment. Provident Global Advisors is committed to helping you solve your business challenges with people that have real experience, insight and integrity.

Career

Casey’s career has spanned more than two decades, three industries and 17 countries. He has spent time in consulting with Ernst &Young in its process improvement management consulting practice; with Compaq Computer when it was the world’s largest manufacturer of personal computers and servers; eleven years with Apple, in a variety of executive roles in both North America and Asia. Most recently he has worked with Ceva Logistics, a $7 billion global logistics provider in South East Asia, Australia and North America. His functional experience includes project and program management, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, supply chain management, sales and operations planning, sales and marketing, human resources, finance and IT strategy.

Personal

Casey is a family man and an avid outdoor enthusiast. He is a devoted husband and a proud father of three children. He likes most things outdoors, but spends most of his time running, attempting to play golf and cheering on his Aggies in whatever sport is in season. Casey and his wife are active in the children’s ministry program in their church, ambassadors for Pine Cove and are involved with the Standish Foundation for Child and Family Centered Healthcare.

About the company

Provident Global Advisors exists to help people build better companies. We are passionate about people, have many years of hard-earned experience, and love solving real world challenges. Let us use these strengths to help you build a better business.

How we make a difference

Provident Global Advisors was formed to meet a real need that exists in today’s business and social enterprise world. Many companies operate in a very lean model, often stretching to cover the demands of the day-to-day business. When unforeseen or exceptional events occur, they leave companies without proper executive bandwidth to truly lead and manage all required priorities. Provident Global Advisors may be the solution for this very real problem. Hire people who have done what needs to be done many times before, with the right functional skill and talent required, when you need it, and only for as long as you need it, with no hidden costs or exposure.

We specialize in putting executives with the right experience and abilities on projects where they can make the most impact. All of our executives have more than 20 years of experience, leading teams and delivering results across multiple industries and sizes of organizations. The experience of our executives allows them to make an impact much quicker—often within days. We are focused on delivering the results you require, but doing so in the right way.

Summary profiles of some of our executives:

  • 25 years of experience in operations, sales and general management in +$80 billion organizations, as well as startups.
  • 30+ years of experience in materials management, sales and operations planning, procurement, and general management in a +$50-billion-dollar complex manufacturing organization.
  • 20 years of experience in all functional areas of finance, with experience as a tenured CFO across three industries, and within both private and public organizations.
  • 20 years of experience in sales, driving growth within organizations from $8 billion to $550 million in annual revenue.
“In a strange way, interim executives are the models of modern management because they are only there for a short while.”
